Never underestimate the power of a 15-minute craft! After making a purse from this rope I had a little leftover, but not enough for anything big. We were also planning a camping trip, and I thought a nice thick pot-holder would come in handy for our metal-handled camping pot.
Fifteen minutes in front of the television later and I had this nice pot-holder/trivet circle of single-crochets.
