A very minor project while I finish up a few larger items to share with you: a simple crochet headband to finish up the yarn that I used to make myself a two-color winter cowl. Nothing fancy, but I did use two different stitches for a little texture.
My posting schedule is a little all over the place but my goal is to get back to one post every Monday. I can’t stand to leave materials wasted so I’m always exploring new ways of using every last bit of a resource. It’s heavily influencing my current sewing projects, as you’ll soon see. I think of this as an admirable quality, but I have to remember that time is also a resource. Sometimes there’s more value in a project not attempted, or the material left unused, but knowing when to learn the skill and when to save the time is the real challenge.
