My first design campaign for Artworks Westfield is for their Spring exhibition ‘ArtiCulture.’ My top priority as a new board member of this local non-profit is to achieve a cohesive visual brand identity. As such I have designed these promotional materials pro-bono to promote the experience of the arts within my own community.
Consider this a little free advertising for the event as well. If you are local to Western Massachusetts, perhaps this event may be of interest to you. I drew on past branding materials and the group’s established “look” for inspiration, but made use of newly defined font guidelines (defined by me), and the new logo which I made a post about here.
I’ve designed a flyer to be posted online and around local businesses, a flyer for the youth art show happening on-site to be distributed amongst the youth and their caregivers, and a seven-foot wide banner for a town sign as one exits the interstate. I’m excited to see the show and the fruits of this labor.
