Happy New Year, everyone! Welcome to 2020; oh, how time flies. For the first blog post of the new decade, I have made a super slouchy three-quarter sleeve fleece bolero. It’s high collar keeps out the cold, and it’s high sleeves keep my hands free for tasks.
A small remnant of luxe fleece was all I needed to make this shapeless sweater. The roomy cut fits over other sweaters and dresses alike, and its amoeba-like drape is as timeless, as it is formless. The two-button closure was the easiest option and signals that, yes, this thing is meant to be clothing.
Is it formal, or is it sloppy? Will I ever wear it in public? We may never have the answer.
